Situated just a couple blocks from the Vallejo Ferry Terminal, this multifamily project aims to bring a more modern aesthetic to the city center. The building consists of 2 wings, with 28 residential units in each wing for a combined total of 56 units. The Georgia Street wing is comprised of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom live/work and condo units. The ground floor features retail spaces and live/work units accessed directly from the street in order to correspond with the commercial nature of Georgia Street Corridor. The Santa Clara Street wing features a mixture of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condo and townhouse units. The townhouses are located on the ground floor with stoop access directly from the street in order to activate the street frontage and contribute to the residential nature of Santa Clara.
