Five Peaks Lifestyle Center

This mixed-use project is proposed for one of the most prominent vacant sites still remaining in the desert. Phase 1 includes a life-style center with over 230,000 gsf of retail contained in 5 buildings and a two-level parking structure placed between the paseo and the mountains. The retail experience includes arcades and the paseo with a connecting theme of water elements throughout. Phase 2 will include a resort style hotel with hotel-condo suites, arranged around expansive lush landscape with multi-level gardens and water features, and luxury villas strategically placed close to the foot of the mountains.
