IB+A was a finalist in this invitation-only international design competition.

The fluid lines of undulating roof forms and a sleek, curving tower, wrapped by an exoskeleton structure, serve as evocative references to the sites prominent river location. The program includes a luxury hotel and residences, a 1,500,000 square foot exhibition hall, a 40-story tower over a parking garage, and inter-modal transportation facilities.
