BART Entrance - San Francisco

For a high-profile competition, IB+A was awarded the commission to design new subway entrance prototypes for the contract to replace the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency’s existing structures. The prototype BART entrance would add illuminated glass-clad pavilion structures anchored by two solid pilasters to create distinctive landmarks, providing heightened visibility and protection.
