The 479-499 Ellis Street renovation is an adaptive re-use of a historic building located in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood. The design for the facade is restorative in nature, and meant to honor the original beauty of the building. The interior of the building will feature approximately 12,000 sf of restaurant space.
